Tim; As an industrial electrician, it sounds like you have a bad connection
going to your new fuse block. Check the voltage at each connection. It
should be the same as at the battery. Also as someone mentioned, try
connecting your siren + to the fuse block and the - to the battery ground.
If it works like this then the ground you are using needs cleaning or
replacing.
Do you have anything else connected to the fuse block? If so does it work
correctly?
