I'll check the volts and try the ground trick...as for the other
accessories, all I have on there is the alarm and it's working fine. my
power seats kinda work erratic. I have 01 Sebring seats in my truck, when I
try to move them they move a short bit and then stop and then back on and
off. it takes a long time to move the seats. right now I am thinking the
cable going to the fuse block is back for whatever reason..

Tim; As an industrial electrician, it sounds like you have a bad connection
going to your new fuse block. Check the voltage at each connection. It
should be the same as at the battery. Also as someone mentioned, try
connecting your siren + to the fuse block and the - to the battery ground.
If it works like this then the ground you are using needs cleaning or
replacing.
Do you have anything else connected to the fuse block? If so does it work
correctly?
Hope these ideas help.
