Still Pinging/Missing with HO CAMS/PCM

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow, as the truck still misses on acceleration
with the HO Cams, and pings with a snap of the throttle. I'm going to have a
tech check some things with the DRB-III.

What should I have the dealer check?

1) A/F Ratio
2) Run an injector test
3) ????

Would it help to have the computer reflashed to retard the timing a little
bit? Maybe add some more fuel instead?
