The usual parameters is 13.8 to 14.2 volts. If these parameters are being
met then I have to agree with the statement below. Check the starter then
the solenoid.

oh yeah...only 3 months old.and the guage always goes up to where it
should.The problem is def either the starter or the selenoid.
