GEEZE, Can Anybody believe the SNIPER

       Can anybody believe this "Crazy" out there just shooting people at
random. I think when he's caught & convicted, he should be turned over to the
public. I think retribution should be taken out of the hands of the courts on
this one. I know he's insane because no one in their right mind would commit
such a hideous act against the human race. Bill
