I have a 2001 4.7 quad. Just checked the oil and it lost 1 quart in about
2000 miles.
I know I put 6 quarts so don't ask, :)
When i purchased the truck used i noticed the oil was down about a quart but
chalked it up to the ford dealer not knowing about the 4.7 using 6 quarts,
Called dodge, they said they will look at it but it may fall within dodges
tolerances.
Doesn't anyone know what dodge thinks is exceptable for oil usage?
