Well, you can't squeeze more out of your alternator than it was designed to
deliver. There is no room in there for more windings. You can upgrade to a
higher poop alternator.

Now if you just want yours rebuilt, you can probably do it yourself or find
a local shop to do it. Not rocket science. Typically all they need is new
brushes and bearings.
