Ken,
       It almost sounds like you don't have a water flow thru the heater core
or the air flow is not coming thru the heater. I have a 180 in mine and it'll
just about blister you're skin.
       When was the last time the cooling system was cleaned and flushed? The
heater core may be stopprd up.
