Our 2001 QC has the full-time case. One thing they changed in 2001 was
that they got rid of the 2wd mode, so ours is in FT4WD mode all the time,
no matter what.
As far as I know, you have the same case. My understanding is that "Full
Time" means you can use it ALL the time if you want to.
