Your bands do occasionally need adjusting... the front band is adjustable on
the outside of the tranny, and rear band is inside.... (have to drop the
pan, and there ya are)

I dont have my FSM with me for the specs on each one... but yes, they are
adjustable... and wouldnt hurt to check them out if they are in there....

Trust me... I'm on my 5th rebuild I think (then again, look at HP #s on my
44RE as well)
