Tim,
Don't believe your problem is injector related. Since you mention it only
happens when cold, check your ignition switch. Actually, you may have a
sticking relay on your primary side. I know this is a pain, but unless the
injectors are somehow getting voltage, there is no way the engine can keep
running.

as some of you know my dad recently bought a 97 Dakota with a 318. over the
last few weeks my dad has said the when he drives a short distance or moves
