It's time for a fluid/filter change anyway, so I guess I'll run the truck to
my favorite transmission shop-we have a good one here, the owner was an
instructor for the rebuilder's association-and let them change out the
solenoid. They put a 727 in my old 73 Charger years ago-it was one tough
unit. Ican turn a wrench pretty good, but I have no place to do the work.
Think I'll go out and put the coils/wires back on the Guzzi and go for a
putt while the turkey does its thing in the smoker. Yes, it's 25F here in
STL, but it's supposed to get up to 47F today-60 tomorrow.
