    Seems to me like the apartment complex management has a responsibility
to provide adequate parking for your vehicle. Can you talk to them to see
if there is anything they can do to eliminate the problem?

  I'm also assuming those icicles are pretty much hanging right above
your Dak? That would give me the heebie jeebies! Wouldn't take a very
big one to do some decent damage to your truck. :-(
