Backing into the parking space looks like the best alternative.
A couple of questions: Is the building two stories tall directly above your
truck?
What is the pitch of the roof?
If the building is losing heat that badly, will large chunks of ice build up
on the edge of the roof in addition to the icicles?
If the roof pitch approaches 12/12, where will the snow land that slides off
the edge?
I would definitely park waaaaay out from the building.
The management may not look kindly on a carton, especially when it might get
airborne and blow around before it freezes.
