Well, we finally made it. Rolled in last night around 8:00 or so after
spending yesterday morning touring around Arches, Dead Horse Point and the
Moab area.

In case anyone is curious as to what happened to our plan to drive straght
through, both Norah and I came down with colds just before leaving. My
idea of sleeping in the truck while she drove and being rested enough to
take over overnight just wasn't happening. So we had to spend a couple of
nights in hotels in St. Louis and Denver. That was our contingency plan,
so it wasn't totally unexpected.

I'll keep this post short just to send out a quick confirmation that we
made it with no problems. The Dak ran perfectly the whole way, although
it was feeling the lack of O2 at 11,000 feet as much as the rest of us
were :-). I'm planning on posting a more detailed road trip report later
when I get a bit more settled.
