Basically the dealer thing hooks up to the fuel test port, and they
disconnect the fuel pump, and run the motor off the stuff for a few minutes.
Highly concentrated cleaner. I'm guessing like a Techron, but at a higher
concentration.

I had it done on my 98 Avenger.
