All those guys I see on ESPN in trap- and skeet-shooting contests might
disagree with you. I'd wager those shotguns have never been fired at a

Yet laws are already on the books in most locations to address street
racing, inattention, and poorly maintained cars. We can't do anything
about weather except telling people to slow down/stay home (guess what!
laws are there already too). Stupid people...well, they'll always
just be stupid.
