100k mile maintenance (long)

Folks,

I have a 92 V6 with 94,000 miles on it. I am going to be switching
locations (finace got a new job in Washington DC) in the next few months and
I have some time to do some preventative maintenance and give some attention
to some items that have slipped through the cracks.

The last dealer service was done at 60k when the light came on. Plugs, cap,
rotor and wires, drive belt were done at 70k with the addition of a MSD 6a
box. Brakes, u-joints, polyurethane bushings, moog ball joints, radiator
hoses, thermostat (180) were done at 75k. Complete tranny rebuild at 84k
(added tranny cooler and mopar performance shift kit) and new radiator at
85k. Oil changes every 2500 - 3000 miles since new.

The owner manual calls for the following: (60k - 100k)

oxygen senor, plugs, drive belt, pcv valve, coolant, rotate tires - which I
will do.

Now for the questions:

1) I have read about the TSB for the timing chain issue for the V6s, should
I change it? It rattles the same as it did the day I got it. Does the
dealer have to do the new tensioner item mentioned in the TSB, or can you
buy that part elsewhere? I would change the water pump also, when I have
the timing chain and sprockets off.

2) Injectors. I have ran some fuel system cleaner every once in awhile, no
Chevron Techron stuff and to my knowledge the dealer did not do a "dealer"
cleaning at 30k or 60k. The truck is running okay and gas mileage is about
16 or there abouts in my stop-go-stop-a/c usually on-4 mile drive to work
each day. The only issue is sometimes when I start it after work, it
stumbles really bad and dies, then I refire it and it is fine. Should I
change out to the FMS 19# ones, instead of tring to clean them or having the
dealer clean them? Are there any mpg gains with the FMS injectors? Seems
alot are using them, just wondering what the real world results are. I was
reading my Haynes manual and to release the pressure on the fuel system
seems confusing to me, the way that it is worded is strange. That is the
only part that confuses me. Also, it says to take off the Left side fuel
rail partially, then the right side partially, then the left completely,
then the right completely, installation is the reverse. Just curious as to
why you have to take the fuel rail out halfway then all the way?

3) Fuel pump. what is the life expectancy of these, best guess, I know each
part is different and lifespans vary. Just trying to cover my bases and not
move to DC and have to pay the dealer to fix all this stuff since I will be
living in an apartment, no where to work on stuff.

4) going to clean out the TB. Not sure if that has ever been done.

5) vent blower. Sometimes when I turn on the blower (A/C or vent) it
doesn't want to turn on to the right speed. It just barely starts blowing,
then speeds up and slows down (really sucks when you want A/C in the florida
summer and it is 2000 degrees inside the truck). I have found that if I
turn the switch off very slowly and then when I turn it on very slowly, it
seems to work. I am assuming that it is in the climate controls? Anybody
else had this problem?

I think that is about all that I can think of, if anyone is still reading,
thank you. lol Did I miss something that I should do or look at?
