He suffered a heart attack today. That`s really a
shame. PBS had a Bee Gees concert on not long ago,and
they sounded great. They had some very musical
pop/rock songs in their 35 years or so. Even their
disco songs were listenable. The group definitely
carved out their own unique niche in music. I doubt
that they will continue writing/performing any more.
P.S. I have the "Spirits Having Flown" record. That`s
it. :) I think my wife has some of their more recent
stuff on tapes.
They were named "Bee Gees" after the initials of lead
singer Barry Gibb,for all you trivia buffs. :)
