Ken,
Drain is on the driver side bottom, I've had to use pliers to open mine. I
like to drive the front end up on blocks when I'm working underneath, makes
it a lot more comfortable.

Removing the rad is pretty simple, just replaced mine. Seperating the
tranny cooler (if equipped) was a bit of a pain, there's a funky looking
connector where one of the tranny lines goes from soft to hard, if you can
get that undone (I couldn't) it would make it a lot easier. Instead I had
to unbolt the cooler from the rad, then lift the rad out.
