Are 2002s prewired for foglights?

I have a buddy with a 2002 QC that doesn't have fogs. He wants to put in a
set of factory fogs, and was looking at the MP accessory kit.

Several questions I couldn't answer off the top of my head.

Is the plug for the fogs in place in the harness? I didn't see it, but it
could be taped over.

Can the existing light switch be used, or will he have to buy one that has
the pull on capability for the fogs?
