 From what I have heard, they really just have seal "conditioners" in
them to rejuvenate older seals. If you're not leaking or burning oil
now, just keep doing what you're doing. My girlfriend's Grand Am w/
135K on the GM 3100 V6 still gets regular non-synthetic oil, nothing
fancy, and I have yet to see anything drip from it.
