Nope not much help on that
The relay is not neccesssary, as it is bypassed right now, but '95 and
older(Dakotas and some GMs) used a mechanical nuetral safety switch instead
of a electrical, whereas they want you to wire your own.. and they dont
inlcude the relay for the parking lamps.
It works for now, will mess with it come summer it was but ass cold out
when I did it 8(
