The Cummins has been upgraded steadily over the years. If it didn't have the
power to match the IH, it wouldn't be on the market. Your dad hasn't looked
at one in a while, has he? He should, he might be surprised.
I have a friend with a F550 with the twin turbo IH and he said it wouldn't
pull his race car up a hill on the Interstate until lots of mods were done.
