Yes...you can find the tool at your local auto parts store for about
$10.00.

(It's a 3/8" line)

Hello,

1996 Dakota 3.9 v6. (throttle body)

I am attempting to remove the fuel line where it attaches to the
injector manifold. I removed the outer clip but there appears to be an
internal clip of some sort holding the connection together. From
looking at a manifold that has the line removed it appears that this
internal clip is made of plastic. Does this reqire a special tool?
