Looking at a 2003 Dakota two days ago they had a plastic black plug inserts.
Meaning the truck must had predrilled holes.

Subject: DML: Fender Flares

I am looking to add fender flares to my 2000 Dakota. I have looked around
and it appears that you may have to drill holes in the fenders to install. I
would like to stay away from this if possible, but if not oh well it is not
like I am going to take these off or anything. Are there any brands which
don't require drilling? Any brands that people favor out there?

Also any fellow DML'ers in the Central Texas Area?
Thanks for input
