You can repack the tension and idler pulleys by removing the seal from both
sides and filling with grease.This worked on my old 92 for 180,000 miles
until someone with a Hyundai Elantra decided to total it for me.If you are
using a polygcog belt (with grooves across belt)it will make tension pully
bounce and whistling belt noise.Recommend Mopar belt only.
