   I'm assuming that you are still running with 3 degrees less timing
than stock? If so, I'm not sure that this is your entire problem,
but it probably isn't helping. If you know anyone with a stock
computer, you might want to try swapping it out and testing again.

   You might also want to verify that the cams are degreed properly.

   Just as a side note, you probably won't notice a change on the
dyno because of the switch from the Z tube to the GTS hood, because
you're sitting in static air, and the hood was probably up for testing
also.
