Good save Ken......
I definately agree with you though. I used to work for Sound Wave LTD. here
in Chicago as an installer, and let me tell you I can build just about
anything you'd ever dream of. We installed stuff into primarily european
imports and full on show systems as well. I'll never forget some of the
cars that I got to work on. It was great! Those guys at "CC" and "BB"
don't even compare. We spent a lot of time undoing their hack jobs, no lie!

No offense to you either Eric, just speaking from experience. I'm sure you
do your job well...after all you ARE a DML member...

Specialty sound shops *usually* have more knowledgable people. They build boxes to specifications, etc all the time, and have a wider range of selections, so have a wider range of knowledge. Circuit city sells 4 or 5 brands, while the sound shop will probably sell a dozen or so brands (sub-woofers). So they typically have a wider range of expertise... > > Ken Allgood > 97 CC SLT 5.2L > > > > > From: "Eric Jerman" <ejerman69@hotmail.com> > > Date: 2003/03/20 Thu AM 02:11:20 EST > > To: dakota-truck@dakota-truck.net > > Subject: Re: DML: Sub-woofer ? > > > > > > Being that I am an installer at Circuit city...I can't decide if I should > > take offense to that post or not... > > LOL. > > > > Eric Jerman > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >From: "Josh Battles" <jbattles@bankfinancial.com> > > >Reply-To: dakota-truck@dakota-truck.net > > >To: dakota-truck-moderator@bent.twistedbits.net > > >Subject: Re: DML: Sub-woofer ? > > >Date: Wed, 19 Mar 2003 16:28:01 -0600 > > > > > >You should be fine.
