A. NO, leave it in drive. You'll get a much cleaner 1-2 shift. Best shift
point for a '92 is 5000 or 5200 and can be altered somewhat by adjusting the
Throttle Valve (TV) cable. Let me know if you need further explanation.
B. YES. Turn off OD.
C.& D. DEPENDS...try different things. Sometimes idle is best, sometimes
something higher. Mine likes 1400 with Drag Radials.
