(800) 890-4038 is the number for DC publications. I got mine from them, it
cost me about $100 shipped and arrived via ups 3 days later. I know there's
some better deals out there but I was too lazy to find them, I knew I'd
procrastinate forever, so I just took the easy way and paid a little more.
