Ummm, I doubt that. For 1, the rejection sticker doesn't list the reason for failure (I think the little purple receipt might though), but how can you prove to a police officer that you fixed the problem, cause he won't be able to verify it half the time. There's a lot of things that fail that a visual check (without a lift, etc) cannot see. Also, while you're out getting parts (and I'm not even sure you can do that), don't stop anywhere else. IE: don't go through a drive-thru. That's where the cop put his lights on us, as soon as we stopped in the parking lot of a Taco Bell, he put his lights on.
