To run the high speed instead of low you just need to add a wire from
pin 1 on the switch to 86 on the high speed relay.
I think you are talking about a Triple Pull Double Throw switch. If you
can find one, it would have 8 connections not 7. It would be the same
situation as using the rotary switch.
C200 is a connector that is in between the relay and the fuse in the cab
of the truck. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but the wire
changes from 18 to 20 gauge at the connector.
