Fair or not, doesn't matter. When the vehicle was purchased, it was
sold with warranty X. You're not going to change the terms of that
warranty for no money. Those were the terms of the arrangement. It
would be no more "fair" to change the 7/70 down to 3/36 if Chrysler ever
quits the 7/70 powertrain warranty.
