Is there any white smoke coming out of your exhaust system? One
possiblity is that you are loosing coolant via an intake gasket leak,
head gasket leak, or cracked block. You might want to smell your
exhaust as the truck is running (not for TOO long though - heh!) :-)

Another possiblity - check your carpeting inside the truck for
wetness and inspect under the dash real well, especially in the
passenger side footwell. It is possible that your heater core
is leaking.

If all else fails, I believe there is an additive you can put in
the coolant system which will glow under a black light, which can
help to find the source of the leak.

 Good luck!
