Thanks, There is plenty of room on the opposite side. I have a flat
washer against the plastic, then a split ring washer and a nut.

As for the wiring, I am in the process of redoing my wiring diagram
based on your comments and others. I only have the low speed hooked up
right now, waiting for parts to finish it off.

sure how I would mount it but your brackets are perfect. The brackets

just screwed into the plastic then, are there nuts holding those screws
in?
Yes, I would not think that both wires make the fan high speed, likely
one
is high, another low. I think I am going to use my extra Black Magic
controller but will add a relay between the BM controller and the fan.
