Uhhh... My '92 2wd has the 6 on 4.5 bolt pattern on the rear. If you mean
that the 8.75's came in 5x4.5, that's a different story.

Provided the spindles are the same between years, I would think you COULD
just swap rotors, since you basically swap the hub and everything with the
rotors on a 2wd.
