Put it on a scanner and find out what the Short-Term and Long-Term fuel
trim are. This will tell you if you'll need to add some sort of
fuel-curve tuning device or not. Definitely fix the header leak as it
can throw the O2 readings off and the mixture won't be correct.
You didn't list which ones you're running...24# or 19#?

Subject: DML: O2 code/Fluctuating Idle
My PCM thew the following code: 52 Sustained rich mixture exceeds range
of
control. Also at the same time, the RPM's started fluctuating. At
idle, it
fluctuates 200 RPM and I can feel it hesitate on acceleration. The O2.
sensor
has been replaced and it still throws the same code. Also, I may have a
leak in
my header gasket. Are these a related problem? It does run a little
rich at
idle due to the cam. Here's my specs.:
Thanks,
James
