Make sure the e-brake is not on. You shouldn't have to adjust the star
wheel unless the shoes are so dug into the drum that it is physically
binding it on. I'v only seen that once and it made a HORRIBLE sound when
braking. you may have to bang on the drum with a rubber mallet, but other
than that should be straight forward.
