Engine being cooler than normal for awhile won't hurt anything. If you're
using 10w30 oil your pressure range reads a little low but don't think I'd
worry too much about it, especially with the mileage you have. In case you
don't know, the oil pressure sending unit is beside your distributor. Make
sure the electrical connection is good. If the pressure doesn't improve
after the next oil change you might try replacing the sending unit. If it
still doesn't improve, I'd chalk it up to the miles you have on the truck
and not worry unless you see a more significant pressure drop.
