Not Starting

Background: I bought my 99 Sport (77000 miles) about a month ago and
have driven it about 400 miles since then. I've replace the spark plugs,
O2 sensors and the air filter (K&N) to clear up the check engine light.
The shop said I probably should replace the catalytic convertor too. As
most of these things are things that are really maintenance, I don't
have a problem with them. This week, I took it in to get the A/C
installed. Drove it home Thursday in a huge traffic jam and the check
engine light came on again. I figured it was the catalytic convertor and
the new post-cat O2 sensor and I'd bring it in on Monday. Then,
yesterday morning, when I left to run some errands, it started really
slow and the voltage was really low. After starting, it was fine. As I
had noticed the dome light on, I figured it was just stupidity. I ran my
errands and came home. Then, last night I got in to run to the store and
it was really dead. This time without anything left on. We rolled it out
of the driveway and tried to jump start it. After letting it charge up a
bit, it would turn over, but after one sputtering start, it died and now
it won't catch even on a jump start. As, to me, a vehicle being unable
to start/move falls under the 3 month/3000 mile warranty, I'll be towing
it to the dealership on Monday, but I'm looking for ideas as to what
might be wrong.
