Congrats on the new toy. The extent of DC cost cutting the past few years is
pretty bad. I ordered my 2002 QC, before any 2002s were on the lot. When I
got it, it didn't have the ashtray, sunglasses holder in the overhead
console, magazine pocket on back of driver's seat, or alloy wheel on the
spare tire. I didn't realize that the rear wheel fender liners were also
lost. I'm not a smoker, but I've always used the ashtray to store the keys
to the "toys" that come along with the truck from time to time. The single
large overhead compartment is all but useless. The two smaller ones were
better. The loss of the magazine pocket is a pain when travelling long
distances with a 5 and 8 year old. They loss of the alloy wheel on the spare
bothered me the least, since I don't do 5 wheel rotations. I may go to the
dealer and look up the rear wheel well liners. I would definately like to
have a set of those.
