   Yep, that's just a *tad* optomistic - sounds like "rice burner
math" to me. ;-) If that were the case I'd be in the 13s easy!
Just removing my serpentine belt would be good for 75hp!
 
  Seriously though, the underdrive manufacturers usually
seem to list gains around 15hp or so. Realistically, a set
of pullies is probably good for somewhere in the neighborhood
of 5-10hp. A lot depends on what accessories you are turning
now, their condition, the current power output of the engine,
the size of the engine, etc.

My understanding is the best gains with underdrive pullies are when you use an electric fan. I truly have no idea but several friends that drag race have claimed that. Seems to make sense.
