Hey!!! I have too, I just read the last one prolly 10 minutes before this one. I just hadn't gotten back to responding to "serious" emails yet, sorry. What other Email haven't I responded to? In my defense, I average 600 or so a day [6 lists, + work -for those who are curious: DML, VTR, VFR, DUC, AR15,& FAL], so if I did miss a direct email, I do apologize. As a practical response, I am trying to buy a house right now, and I am not spending a dime on nuttin right now. If yo ucan wait a bit, I think it's a fun idea and all things being equal I am interested, but if you are in a hurry or are miffed at me, feel free to pursue other buyers. In a capatilistic soceity, the first with the most wins, I don't have a problem with that. Do what you need to do.
