Are White dakota R/T's rare?....tow ratings?.... R/T's in snow again

I have a good lead on a white Dakota r/t 2003, mint condition!

I've been searching the net for pictures of modded white r/t's can't find
many at all.

also the tow rating is 2000lbs, why? I read in a forum peeps have towed the
full dakota tow rating with no proplems, would air bags solve the R/T's low
tow rating.

also I drive a V6 sport, not many problems in the snow with 200lbs of sand
in the back, will this work with the r/t or will the torque just do me in?
