i was wondering if anyone knew how much a used 383 would run for. i know of
a roadrunner near my girlfriend's house, and if the price is right, i'd buy
it. the only problem is that the car has no engine (and i don't know if
there's a tranny attached to it). as far as restoring it, if the car
doesn't have the original engine, then i wouldn't worry about making it a
show car, as the value is much less without the original 383 in it. i would
try to get it back to original, but i'd take some "creative" liberties with
it.
