That was something else I was thinking about. Not sure if our trucks have a factory amp or not, I don't remember seeing one in my truck. Usually the culprit is you didn't run a remote switch to the factory amp, so the factory amp is not coming on, thus no stock speakers working. Had that happen in my Ford Probe. If that's the case, need to find out which wire is the remote switch, and hook that up to the remote switch coming off the head unit.
