As I said, "to a point". You can run a little bit more advance, but not
a whole lot more.

If anything with an intercooler you reduce the need for timing advance.
Cooler/denser charge = faster flame travel = less need for advance
Keep trying to stuff more timing in there and you start working against
the piston at the TDC/power stroke area.
