Note from B&M on the Trick-Shift Fluid: "Meets or exceeds Mercon or
Dexron III requirements."

No where does it state ATF+3 or ATF+4 - I wouldn't use it...there is a
difference on the fluids.

Subject: DML: Trans fluid

I have a 96 Dakota with a 318, My friend just serviced my Transmission a
couple of weeks ago. We put in 4 quarts of the B&M synthetic oil, but
now when I first start my truck and if I get down on it the trans slips.
The more I drive and the fluid warms up the slipping goes away. Any
ideas? The dip stick show we have the right amount of oil, we also but
on a trans cooler.
