Needs air, simple as that. Throttle body, either ported or better yet a
big ol' billet one (see http://www.fbthrottlebodies.com/). Then sell
the drop in and get some sort of cone and tube set up for the intake.
The throttle body facing forward makes this pretty easy. High flow cat
is inexpensive, and you've got torque to spare.
180 T'stat wouldn't hurt.
BTW. Stop buying 91 oct @7000ft, prolly does more harm than good. At
that altitude 87 will perform/combust like 91-92 at see level.
